Daniel R. Flebotte provides mediation and legal services in the Triangle area. Daniel R. Flebotte graduated from Duke University magna cum laude with a degree in English and linguistics. In 1980, Daniel attended Washington University School of Law, graduating near the top of his class. He went on to begin his law firm, Brown and Flebotte, Attorney at Law, and participate in post-graduate studies at Yale University Divinity School and Chicago University.
In addition to his legal education and experience, Daniel serves as a certified arbitrator. He is certified by the North Carolina Supreme Court and the North Carolina Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. He has mediated for over 20 years, including for situations revolving around divorce and elderly care.
